WOW! Above & Beyond did not disappoint. I inherited a pool with an aging, painted plaster and needed to resurface it. Along with that I needed to add a couple features for accessibility (handrail, a new small step). After getting multiple quotes, I selected A&B. Cost was right where it needed to be. There were other companies that were comparable in cost (and others that were significantly more!), but no one that came even remotely close to the level of customer service from A&B. They were exceptionally responsive - from the initial request for quotation through every step of the project. Scott worked with me to ensure the project was scoped appropriately and would meet my needs in the best way possible. Kevin was always available for questions, reached out proactively as we were coming up on next steps and milestones, ensured the project stayed on track, and was onsite regularly to validate that it was done with highest quality. He worried so I didn't have to. That's true customer obsession. I also had a lot of fun visiting the office to picking out the new surface and tile; there were a lot of options for both tile and surface, so I was able to pick something I actually LIKED and suited my style, not just something that was the "best option" from a limited stock lineup of materials. On the back end, the office staff was equally as responsive with the billing and communications. All the way around, fantastic staff and outstanding job on the remodel, at the right price point. I'm already thinking about future upgrades (e.g., decking, water features), and will be sure to call them when I'm ready. It was a great experience and I couldn't be happier!
OK, a quick review for above and beyond pool, construction and remodeling. these guys were freaking awesome. Normally when I need to do a job I’m always in a hurry and dealing with contractors and plumbers. It’s always usually a hassle. This time because it was a fairly costly expense. I really did my research I just looked at the highest four reviewed companies I interviewed all of them and all of them were pretty good. I gotta say and I’d see that’s why their reviews were so amazing. I decided to go with above and beyond pools. I talked with John in the very beginning he was super knowledgeable. He just was really professional and polite, and he was really credible, and I just felt really comfortable with him. all their managers and supervisors come after each process and inspect it so we don’t have a problem after everything sealed up. Every one of those guys was just really polite like a crack military team they all worked well together the stuff came and happened so quickly, but they were so polite and so engagingthat I learned just a whole bunch of stuff that I probably needed to know. I also wanted to mention that every single person was just knowledgeable and sharp well dressed they’re all sort of good looking too, but they were great now we’ll talk about Matthew Pham. This young man was amazing! Loves his job loves his company constantly selling his company‘s benefits and boy did he deliver. It seemed like he was there every day or every other day. Supervising making sure everything was done right he was so nice and polite and professional. He just got me all pumped up on the pool and what it was gonna be like and God he’s just a great guy and he’s a total winner and will be successful in what he chooses to do. it’s not always about price, even though their price was the lowest price and their reviews are so freaking high that I don’t know. ou can have that many reviews and still maintain a five star average. This is a well run business. no problems, no complications we weren’t oversold and under delivered. 🙏

He checked in with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and making sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. The project was estimated to take 6 weeks and it was finished in 4. Matthew was quick to respond to any text or phone call and he was always there to inspect the work to make sure it was done properly and to our satisfaction.The office staff was very friendly and helpful as well and we received emails from them confirming appointments each week. We had a very good experience remodeling our pool with Above & Beyond Remodeling. Because it was not a "planned" remodel, we were on a limited budget for this project. What I like about Above & Beyond Remodeling is that they offer flexible remodel options so that we were able to stay within budget. And, because I was unable to physically visit a showroom to pick out our tile, mini pebble and deck color selections, Scott (our salesman) brought the tile/mini pebble/deck samples to our house so that we could make our selections. Once we got started with the remodel project, Matt was assigned as our project manager. He was a GREAT communicator, letting us know what to expect during every phase of the project. He also offered us excellent customer service, even responding to our questions on weekends - definitely "above and beyond" what we expected! And, they were SUPER fast in completing our remodel project ... in a matter of weeks NOT months, way before the swimming season which was a nice surprise!!

In addition to the great work and craftsmanship that was completed, they excelled in many other areas. They were punctual and showed up on the days that the work was scheduled. They were careful to work around and preserve our existing backyard landscaping. They were professional and followed through with everything that was agreed upon and answered the phone and were responsive to any of the small changes that we requested. They had an excellent team for all of the phases of the remodel and everyone that worked on our project was an employee of the company and not subbed out. The care they took was like working on their own back yard or for a family member. We had multiple companies come to give us bids to resurface the pool, get rid of a cracked roll beam, and replace the pool decking. From our first meeting with Mike, we knew this was the best company for us to go with. The entire process from the initial estimate to our final walkthrough was clearly explained and completed on schedule. We never had any concerns or confusion about each step in the project, as our project manager Kevin kept us updated along the way (Kevin was fantastic!). Re-doing a swimming pool is a huge project and isn’t cheap. Above and Beyond respected the investment we were making, our time, and our home. We felt that the quality of materials and work done was worth it, and we have a beautiful new pool area to enjoy this summer. I truly don’t think they could’ve done anything better. They communicated constantly letting us know exactly what was going on and when. They had an awesome staff that worked with us and our busy schedules, even bringing tiles and such to us instead of us coming into their location. The pool is beautifully done, and our rock waterfall is perfect. They completely demolished and built us a brand new one with a better slide and a little taller cliffs for the kids to jump off of. I highly highly recommend Above and Beyond they are incredible!!
Above and Beyond Pool company did a phenomenal job building our front patio. It is extremely difficult to find a contractor that maintains communication and performs at a high level. Above and Beyond did just that. I have dealt with half of a dozen contractors over the last couple of years. Above and Beyond is the only one that I can and will recommend. Absolutely incompetence. We had a home warranty call for outlet jacuzzi and Danny came out to troubleshoot the problem. The home warranty company denied our claim because he misdiagnosed the problem. You don't need to be an expert or a genius to diagnose the problem. The motor in the jacuzzi was making such a loud noise, that it was keeping us up at night and half the jets weren't working, but he said that the problem was a "water feature?" Are you joking? I think it's time for a new carrier pal. Stay away from this company.

There's nothing that the other reviewers haven't said that I can say to continue highlighting how outstanding the team at Above & Beyond is. From the show floor to the final walk-through, I felt taken care of at every step of the process.Particularly for my project, despite it being scheduled around December and January, there were no scheduling conflicts and everything proceeded as planned with zero last minute surprises.However, and this is the most important bit: If you're wondering how they handle hiccups (which eventually will happen to someone), look no more. There was a small issue with the finish around my step markers, and I can't commend Kyle and crew enough on how they handled the rework and keeping us assured. At no point did I feel like they tried to pull a fast one, and I admired them owning up to their error and bringing the project back to the quality they promised.

Received a very reasonable quote. Took my time getting the loan and my quote did not change much several months later. Job started within weeks and took 3 weeks for my pool and large patio to be completed. It is stunning! Exactly what I wanted. Any questions or misunderstandings were handled immediately and professionally. With their Exceptional reputation, I don’t know why anyone would trust another company. Not long after the renovation, I saw a news story about dishonest pool companies. Not worth saving so little. Wish I did this sooner!

We bought our 1972 home 2 years ago and knew the pool was going to need to be remodeled along with everything else. We were nervous about choosing a pool company because of all the nightmare stories. We got at least 10 quotes and based on all the good reviews, we chose Above And Beyond. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive of the quotes but they did have the most favorable reviews. The process was smooth and well communicated. The crews showed up on schedule and our pool was finished within 4 weeks that included resurface with mini pebble finish, water line tile, new pump, filter, auto leveler, vacuum, LED pool light and kool deck. Our pool looks classic but modern at the same time. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend Above And Beyond.
