Incredible service! I personally knew nothing about pools and after I purchased a home with a very outdated pool, I knew I needed some help. Not only did Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling fix my existing pool but they also gave me some incredible ideas and help on the existing issues. My pool is now unrecognizable from the outdated version with a beautiful Baja shelf installation and a working hot tub that overflows into the main pool area. They added 3 barstools that go perfectly with my backyard and outdoor TV areas. They also did the coping around my pool with the exact same travertine tile that I used for the rest of my backyard. They worked side by side with my general contractor and landscaper. Very easy to communicate with and constantly informed me on how to maintain my newly remodeled pool. They were also able to get me a heater and cooler so I can use it year round! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling our 42 year old Shasta Master pool. The tile selection was amazing. The workers were unbelievable, gifted artistically. They meticulously laid each tile with precision. As a symphony they performed their craft and the end result was a most beautiful pool. We recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed.

Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling is just that “ above and beyond”. Starting with my first appointment with Mike Sandoval requesting a proposal for remodeling my pool, to signing the contract and the pool remodel being performed, the process was surprisingly quick. Each crew had a particular job to perform and did so very well. Devin was the superintendent assigned to my pool and he did an amazing job of communicating and coordinating the various crews during the entire process. Yvonne, Operations Manager, sent emails with videos to explain each phase of the pool remodel. As a single home owner, starting a large project like this caused me some anxiety but Mike assume at the beginning that he guaranteed I would be happy when the project was completed. And he was right, very happy with my “new” pool and having the opportunity to work with a great company that truly cares about providing a great experience.
Michael and his team at Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling did exactly as the name says. Michael went above and beyond to create the pool I had dreamed about. The truth is: I wish I had found this company sooner. I tried to build my own pool. I hired all the contractors individually. But, sadly, not all contractors are honest. Not all contractors stand behind their work. I stared helplessly at a pool that was just an absolute mess. I began looking for other contractors to come in and save it. Most laughed because they couldn't believe their eyes what they were looking at. But, Michael came in and looked me in the eyes, and he said "We got this." He explained what would need to happen, step by step. He was very honest about every detail and the cost to repair a brand new pool. Michael showed up on site and he paid close attention to every detail. In fact, there were times I was satisfied, but he wasn't. He made sure everything it came out flawlessly. I highly recommend them.

He was easy to get in touch with to answer questions and make changes to the quote as needed. His kindness and knowledge is ultimately what led us to choose Above and Beyond Pools. AAB Pools just completed renovation and repairs needed to our pool. Listened to every concern we raised. Responded timely and made changes we asked for without a lot of endless back and forth. Devon the project superintendent did an amazing job. Was very prompt and courteous in dealing with us and made sure he was available when we needed him. We also had a large section of pavers installed as well as a channel drain. The channel drain was cut too short and never fixed and now several parts of the drain are lifted/warped. We reached out to Above & Beyond and they said it's not under warranty so they won't fix it. The drain they removed was over 20 years old and wasn't in as bad of shape as this new drain is in. We paid $39,847.70 to remodel our existing pool and put in pavers and they can't even stand behind their work just under 3 years later. If you want quality materials that last longer than a couple years, I would not recommend this company.

Above and Beyond Pools have done amazing work for us since we bought this house 6 years ago, beginning with a complete pool and deck renovation. The most recent job they just completed for us was was interlocking bricked walkway and retainer wall along the side of our house. "Above and Beyond" is a perfect name for this company! When we knew we had to bite the bullet to get our 20-year-old pool repaired, I looked at reviews and got quotes from several companies. Quotes were all over the board with one being "$30-$40k".One of my neighbors recommended Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling after working with them on their remodel. The quote on our pool was $14,220 (a far cry from the $30-$40k). I was nervous about moving forward as we were not going to be home during the remodel; however, they assured me that they would keep me informed during the entire process and gave me Matt as the person to manage it.What a pleasure to work with Matt and the other members of the team! Matt kept me up to date with the schedule, pictures during each step of the process, pinpointed every crack that had to be repaired, answered all of my questions when I had them, checked on things when I asked him to. Our remodel started within two weeks of signing the contract and was finished within 3 weeks.A shout out to Denise from their design team who helped me with my decisions (over the phone, by text and email) when I wasn't able to visit their showroom.Our property was kept super clean during remodel and the final walk through was done with my friend/neighbor who is super picky. We had the BEST experience with Above & Beyond pools. We have a 25 year old pebbletec pool with rolled bond beams. It was starting to crack & the pebbles were so rough. AND THEN we had a family of ducks hatch & homestead in our pool ! 5 weeks of ducklings & our pool was a disaster!!! The salesman Mike K was so helpful & their estimate was a few thousand less than the other 3 companies we called. Our project manager was Devin & he kept us informed every step of the way. We had the pool completely resurfaced, rolled beans removed & our cool deck re-paved. Denise M was so helpful with our ideas. The showroom was great - larger samples of pebble, tile & cool deck colors made it so easy to design our new look. They had it finished in 3 1/2 weeks!!! And it's beautiful! We are SO happy with the team & contractors and we LOVE our new pool!

Pool interior looks great and love the baja deck and step that were put in. Matt is great! Even when they are busy and off schedule a bit, Mayt follows up and maintains contact to girv statuses and assure everything is getting done. They were efficient and worked well under his direction. The best and most professional part is the fact Matt was responsive and helpful even after the job was done. We thiught there was a problem from our system and he was kind enough to come by and troubleshoot. He even updated our pool service company about the issue. One of best contracting experiences with Matt at the helm.
Above & Beyond was amazing from our first meeting with Mike and going through the entire process with Chris!!! Office staff was patient and walked us through all of the choices for the interior of the pool!! Chris was always in touch and always checked on the progress and answering all my questions. We had pool that was 27 years old and it needed everything!! Each crew was so professional and clean and they all did a beautiful job!! Above & Beyond remodeled our pool and added a substantial amount of travertine to our deck and back patio areas. The suggestions made regarding the design and materials were outstanding. We had not a single complaint about the work. The workmen were like artists. The execution was flawless. Time on task was fabulous. Everyone involved in the project was highly professional and took pride in his or her specific job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
My pool remodel by Above & Beyond in early 2020 has been plagued by consistently peeling and lifting cool decking. While initial repairs were covered under warranty, the problems have persisted. Above & Beyond now deflects responsibility, citing the expired warranty. Two years ago, I resorted to DIY patching, which, while a temporary fix, couldn't match the original texture. Now, new areas of decking are coming up weekly. Last summer, Above & Beyond referred me to a (their?) subcontractor, who confirmed widespread hollowness beneath the surface, indicating poor initial installation. He quoted over $2,000 for a full resurfacing. Properly installed cool decking should last at least 10 years; mine showed signs of failure almost immediately and hasn't even lasted half that time due to what I can only conclude is substandard workmanship.

They did an excellent job! Our old pool had tiles falling off and the fiberglass also coming off. They turned it into a beautiful pebble tech pool. Each group of workers that were responsible for the next stage of the project were very conscience and paid attention to details. The project was completed on time. I felt the price was more than fair. The supervisor was always available for any questions that I had and checked on how things were going frequently. The office also kept us posted with dates and videos of the next stage. We couldn't be happier with the way the pool turned out and I highly recommend Above and Beyond Pools. Great Job everyone!
